This proposal focuses on the necessary TERRITORIAL INSERTION of the action by means of an improvement of the mobility and the accessibility, as well as the generation of PRODUCTIVE SYNERGIES and ENVIRONMENTAL PLANNING. The project proposes a CIVIC FRAME in which it is expected the launch of a central park accompanied by activities that will assemble the western PRODUCTIVE LOOP destined to the technological zone and urban industries of ADDED VALUE with the oriental productive loop destinated to the zone of industrial production and logistics.
