The proposed Project supposes the INTERMEDIATION between the urban and metropolitan scale generating NEW CENTRALITIES, implementing the fundamentals for the URBAN INTEGRATION of the action, contributing to the RECUALIFICATION of the environment with NEW NON-RESIDENTIAL RESERVATIONS and FREE SPACES, as well as the MATERIALIZATION of an important HOUSSING SUPPLY at an affordable price. The design is based on the combination of three key concepts: URBAN FOREST + METROPOLITAN BELT + COMPACT FABRIC. It proposes the implementation of a MULTIMODAL NETWORK for a SUSTAINABLE MOBILITY.
