Study-Proposal for Territorial Activation. Los Portichuelos. La Línea de la Concepción (Cádiz)

The Project aims to create a TERRITORIAL ACTIVATION mode which, being RESPECTFUL with a modality of a CONTROLLED AND CAUTIOUS TERRITORY OCCUPATION, allows guarantee the sustainable maintenance of the ENVIRONMENTAL VALUES of the action and becomes a STRUCTURING PROJECT of future transformations. A model which MINIMIZES possible negative IMPACTS, develops LANDSCAPE VALUES and makes it possible to overcome the comparative development of this region regarding its territorial environment.
