The Project aims to launch the productive land based on an APPROPIATE DIVERSIFICATION OF THE OFFER, making possible the settlement of different types of activity, from the one of high consumption (larger plots of 50000m²) to the small industry of minimum consumption (plots of 500m²) with a plots that allows, within the same typological option, multiple solutions. The development of the plan will enable the tranfer of an important articulating piece of the general system OF FREE SPACES which, together with the connection to the main network with several territorial road axes, constitute the key elements for the integration of the new urban-territorial piece. The proposal is complemented with the design of the piece of equipment forming a modern and attractive IMAGE that works as a DYNAMIZING ELEMENT of this new action.
