TERRITORIAL AND URBAN INTEGRATION OF IRREGULAR SETTLEMENTS ON UNDEVELOPED LAND

The PROLIFERATION of irregular occupations in undeveloped land throughout the Autonomous Community constitutes a TERRITORIAL, urbanistic and social problem of first order.  Attempts to ADDRESS THE PHENOMENUM from the policy level have shown to be insufficient because each time the process of separation between the rule and the reality does not stop getting bigger.  In the investigation project PROPOSALS ARE ADVANCED WITH INSTRUMENTATION THAT DISTANCE THEMSELVESFROM EXISTING URBANISTIC TOOLS, testing what the territory could give based on the tendency or location patterns and from the maintenance of the values of the landscape.
