The project consists of the TERRITORIAL ACTIVATION of the area, prioritizing INTEGRATION in the multipolar linear system of the coastal strip under the criteria of TERRITORIAL SUSTAINABILITY. The reception capacity of the building relative to its LANDSCAPE value is evaluated in detail, as well as the COMPATIBILITY with the natural characteristics of the  country estate, especially with the TERRACED STRUCTURE and the HIDROGRAPHIC NETWORK of canals.
