General Urban Development Plan for Morón de la Frontera

The new Morón plan entails the revision of an inadequate, outdated and obsolete current planning that has been in force for more than three decades, and MEET THE PRESENT REQUIREMENTS OF THE MUNICIPALITY by establishing a supply of land with the CAPACITY TO HOST PRODUCTIVE ACTIVITIES that reverse the dysfunctionalities of the current locations of this type of facilities, thus implying a strong limitation for the progress and socio-economic development of the municipality. Furthermore, it implies the implementation of important measures for the supply of SOCIAL HOUSING at an affordable price, it also designs an important strategy for the establishment of a SUSTAINABLE MOBILITY and ensures the connection and proportionality between lucrative uses, ENDOWMENTS and PUBLIC SERVICES. Likewise, it establishes a new regulation for the development and implementation of activities and uses in undeveloped land which involves the FEASIBILITY of the constitution of ECONOMIC-ENVIRONMENTAL AND SOCIAL SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT.
