Partial Urban Development and Strategic Environmental Study of Guadalquitón. San Roque (Cádiz)

This Project involves a drastic transformation of the urban-territorial model initially planned for the area, based on a strong occupation and densification of the land, betting on the implamentation of a NEW MODEL within the principles of ECOLOGICAL URBANISM, which promotes the respect for the environmental, natural and landscape values of the territory, contributing to the realization of a residential-tourist DYNAMIZATION INITIATIVE through promoting PACIFIC INTEGRATIONAMONG DIFFERENT SCALES of planning (territorial and local). The STRATEGIC ENVIRONMENTAL STUDY of this plan, recommended by the Department of Plant Biology and Ecology at the University of Seville, constitutes AN EXAMPLE in the INFORMATION and environmental VALUATION of plans and programmes carried out so far.
