{RE} PROGRAM. (RE) ROOM + (RE) GENERATION + (RE) PROGRAMMING. THE RECYCLING AND SUSTAINABLE MANAGEMENT OF THE ANDALUSIAN BUILT PARK. MANAGEMENT OF LIVING ENVIRONMENTS FROM CRITERIA OF ACTIVE AGEING, GENDER AND URBAN HABITABILITY.

The publication presents the main results within the framework of the research project which has the same name as the built residential park and implies a high percentage of unsuitable housing according to the HOUSING REQUIREMENTSrequired by the legislation which SPECIFIES REHABILITATION WORKS AS A MATTER OF URGENCY. In {Re}Programa we have designed TOOLS AND MANAGEMENT STRATEGIES that will allow social gropus in physical and economic vulnerability to UNDERTAKE RECYCLING WORKS, rehabilitation and adaptation of architectural and urban spaces IN A SUSTAINABLE WAY, that is to say, by limiting the negative impacts on the environmental, social and economic criteria.
