This Project proposes the implementation of a land supply that satisfies the demand in the area of productive land COMPLEMENTARY TO INTENSIVE AGRICULTURE, thus adjusting a PRODUCTIVE CLUSTER that fosters RURAL DEVELOPMENT of this territorial area. It constitutes a STRATEGIC OPERATION based on an effective and sustainable urban policy capable of designing intervention strategies that, without distorting the territorial urban model projected in the long-term, allow advance actions of SINGULAR AND RELEVANT CONDITION.
