The proposal not only exceeds the powers of the competition but also goes beyond the definition of the campus, so that the combined action of the railway integration and the implementation of the University and Technological campus promotes the DEVELOPMENT OF GROWTH DYNAMICS AND THE RECYCLING OF EXISTING URBAN STRUCTURES, in order to search a new-type city area characterized by ENVIRONMENTAL QUALIFICATION,DOTATIONAL EXCELLENCE and FUNCTIONAL DIVERSITY resulting in a new INTEGRATED, MULTIFUNCIONAL AN VERSATILE HABITAT.
