A new SUSTAINABLE RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT in the city’s outskirts is proposed, based on a planning model within the basic principles of  ECOLOGICAL AND SUSTAINABLE URBANISM as well as founded on the concepts of  COMPACITY, COMPLEXITY, EFFICIENCY and SOCIAL COHESION. The SUPERBLOCK as a formal, compositional and functional element in conjuction with SUSTAINABLE MOBILITY are the source of the planned design.
