Spatial Development Plan for Pereira (Colombia)

Recognized as ONE OF THE BEST URBAN PLANS in the country (video here). Its spatial planning model is founded on the recognition of the MAIN ECOLOGICAL STRUCTURE as the basis in order to set a  BALANCE AND ENVIROMENTAL-FRIENDLY territory, by stablishing the WATER as the BACKBONE of the territory and making it more RESILIENT AND SUSTAINABLE.
