The proposal DOES NOT CIRCUMCRIBE TO THE PROPOSED SCOPE, extends the horizon of the planned program after a slow reading of the TERRITORIAL SUPPORT, prioritizing the CONNECTION with the existing city, modifying the planned infrastructural system, moving away from the consideration of the sector as an autistic soil bag in the that the classic widening model is implemented and bringing the arrangement closer to the conformation of a more flexible and adaptive CLUSTERS system that allows incorporating the new design into the LOGIC of the CONFIGURATION PROCESS of Ciudad-Levante.
